New season crop, just landed! Justifiably this lot has been cupped and scored on the SCA between 84 – 87 putting it comfortably in the Premium and Speciality category. While Peru has all the conditions to be an exceptional coffee grower, this lot is an outstanding example of what can be produced anywhere in the world, on par with specialty Kenyan and Ethiopian profiles (so if, like we are, you are an obsessive fan of African coffee this is a must-try !)
We have roast darker than our typical offering which suits the intense toffee, coca and praline flavours in the coffee but it is the plummy, blueberry notes that will keep you coming back… Sensational and absolutely wonderful as Espresso and Filter alike!
