Region – Valle de Chingama
Variety – A blend of Catimor, Caturra, Costa Rica, Typica and Bourbon
Altitude – 1700-2100 masl
Method – Washed

Sourced through the Café Imports Regional Select Programme this coffee is from a number of small holders and consists of a blend of different coffee varieties all of which are selected on quality and consistency at cupping.

Peru has all the conditions to be an exception coffee grower and this lot is an excellent example of what can be produced in the country.

This lot has been cupped and scored on the SCA between 84 – 87 putting it comfortably in the Premium and Speciality category.

Tasting Notes

Soft Brown Sugar and Creamy Toffee with a raspberry acidity cooling to give a melon sweetness. This is a super clean coffee with a luscious body.
