Using sparkling water to decaffeinate coffee beans is a gentle, natural and organically certified process in which to remove caffeine from coffee beans. This method involves immersing the green coffee in tanks of water and carbon dioxide (essentially creating a sparkling water) which draws out the mobile caffeine molecules without removing the components that attribute to flavour and aroma.

What results is a coffee that is incredibly low in caffeine without sacrificing quality and taste.

One of our darker roasts, but still well within the medium range, you’ll be amazed by how this stands up to fully caffeinated specialty coffee. Look forward to Intense nutty dark chocolate flavours with notes of blackberry and sticky fruit. Noticeably smooth, well balanced acidity and a great mouthfeel in the cup.

Perfect for all methods of filter, home brew and espresso.
