￼￼Fresh lots from possibly our favourite growing region in all of Africa, coffee in the Guji Highlands grows under a canopy of natural forest in deep red clay soil with an unmistakable signature profile. The local drying stations are managed in a unique way each day’s lot is tracked with a tag and kept separate from the other. Each tag lists the specific delivery and the start date of drying along with relative moisture content readings in order to guarantee a slow even drying process to insure quality and longevity of the coffee. We roast fairly light, perfect for filter and one of the best espresso’s we’ll tatse this season. Mixed berries, dark chocolate, mango, a very well balanced cup sweet & creamy with subtle bergamot aftertaste. Perfection!
