Fresh lots from probably our favourite growing region in all of Africa. This exceptional highland grown crop from Chelchele arrives with us through the longstanding regional partnerships of Cafe Imports and delivers in abundance all the defining qualities of the region that we adore!

Cited as the birthplace of Arabica coffee, evolving naturally in the highlands, these Ethiopian Heirloom varietals are unique and offer a distinctive, immediately recognisable flavour profile you wont find anywhere else. Typically farmers in Yirgacheffe don’t have access to, and therefore do not use, fertilisers or pesticides in the production of coffee resulting in a farming practice that is also naturally organic.

Our medium light roast results in sweet toffee flavours combined with sticky cooked stone fruits and almond, with a floral and citrus overtone.

Highly recommended for all methods of home brewing and espresso.
