This exceptional Colombian coffee from the small Inza region has been cupped and graded as part of the Regional Select Programme. Only coffees graded 84-86 which display the distinctive characteristics of the specific growing region, in this case the Cauca region, can be included in the Regional Select Programme.

As well as ensuring that the best coffee in the regions are identified and selected the programme offers producers a quality premium that ensures investment in future yield.

As you might expect from a great Cauca Coffee this coffee delivers a soft creamy mouthfeel along with a sweet and tangy acidity. Lots of chocolate, caramel and lime flavours make this coffee a great for espresso, stovetop and cafetière.
