The honey process is am increasingly popular and experimental method of processing coffee after harvest in preparation for export, although there is no actual honey involved, as the name suggests, the process results in naturally sweeter flavours developing in the beans.
Our light roast boasts complex tropical fruit notes with a syrupy mouthfeel and hints of tea. An excellent filter coffee and suited to all brew methods.
